My concise diary of Phuket

Phuket is what I'd consider the last remaining few places on the planet that I'd call 'haven'. I've recently embarked on a year long break from life. From all the destinations, Phuket is no doubt one that I really like the most.

If you ask me what is it particularly which makes Phuket so unique, I can not be sure. Scenery. Weather. People. Food. A mix of all is what probably makes it so unique.

Almost a decade following the massive catastrophic tsunami that happened way back in 2006, you can sense that whilst the world has largely forgotten about it, it's not so with the people in Phuket. I can sense that memories of the catastrophic disaster continue to be vivid in the minds of the natives. Nonetheless, lives had to move on and that is what happened with the people there.

I've snapped few great pictures when I was there and listed below are a number of them. I'm sure it will provide you with a peek of the last few remaining paradise on the planet.
